Installation of a migration barrier two miles below a natural barrier that protects a known pure population of threatened Greenback cutthroat trout. With subsequent re-stocking of GBC in the reclaimed two miles below the natural barrier, one more population will be restored towards the delisting goal of 22.
In 2007, planning continued for an alternative site than N. Taylor Creek to focus on higher priority Greenback populations.

- The objective is to protect two miles of pure Greenback Cutthroat trout in North Taylor Creek, Colorado.
