Apply For Funding

Awards are available through the Western Native Trout Initiative, with pre-proposals due September 1 for the following year’s funding cycle. Proposals for funding may encompass any issues common to all Western native trout including, but not limited to: water quantity, water quality, fish passage, watershed, in-stream and riparian habitat restoration, introduced species, genetic diversity, and broodstock development. Projects with permits and environmental compliance already in place will be given priority, as will those with multiple cooperators.
